Policy
Purpose: 

To discontinue the sale of all tobacco products by the University of Kansas and its affiliated corporations and by any other organization or person on the premises of the University of Kansas

Applies to: 

All facilities of the University of Kansas and its affiliated corporations and to any other organization or person on the premises of the University of Kansas

Policy Statement: 

The University of Kansas prohibits the sale of all tobacco products in facilities owned or operated by the University of Kansas and its affiliated corporations and by any organization or person on the premises of the University of Kansas.
